dave’s growth path
After graduating from Ohio University with a BA in Psychology, Dave attended Franklin University for his Master’s in Marketing & Communication. Beginning his career as a Publishing Representative for Pearson Education, he moved into the agency world in 2008.
From there, he became a Direct Marketing Account Manager at Baesman, where he helped clients strategize and manage data-driven, multi-channel direct marketing programs, with tens of millions of touch points associated with every campaign.
Following Baesman, Dave became the Director of Marketing & Business Development at Davis Wince, Ltd. It was here where Dave really developed his skills in holistic marketing strategy and execution. As a one-man department, Dave created the overall annual PR and marketing strategies, and managed multiple agency partners in implementing website design & development, Facebook app development, content marketing, social media community management, media relations, and email marketing programs
From there, he went on to take Director-level positions with multiple Columbus-based agencies, where he led digital & interactive strategy for brands like Nestle Purina, Cintas, Pearson Education, and COSI, to name a very few.
Most recently before joining Adept, Dave served as the Digital Product Manger at Highlights for Children, where he led cross-discipline teams in concepting, scoping, delivering, and marketing digital & interactive gaming products for children.
With over 8 years of experience in creating innovative technology solutions for unique business and marketing challenges, he’s led delivery of projects ranging from marketing websites to digital signage solutions to enterprise mobile gaming app initiatives.
He joined Adept in 2015, seeing the opportunity to be a part of a thriving agency. He loves helping clients solve unique problems and delivering unique interactive solutions.
