Gail’s growth path
Early on, Gail knew she wanted to work in business. But it wasn’t until her time at Ohio University that she found her fit in marketing. Graduating with a major in Marketing and a minor in Economics, she quickly went on to earn her MBA from Xavier University.
Gail has experience on both the client and agency side of marketing. Early in her career, she found herself hiring (and firing) multiple agencies, frustrated by both the quality of work and results they were delivering. Wanting to see what agency life was all about, she went to work for an enterprise agency serving Fortune 100 brands.
As she continued to deliver successful work across projects, Gail’s responsibilities grew to include sales support. She found herself writing proposals, answering prospect calls, and fielding new potential business leads. She loved it—but soon felt disenfranchised from the “turn and burn” mentality at her agency that seemed to only see dollars, and not people.
That’s when Adept entered into the equation. Seeing the opportunity to lead business development efforts for a truly differentiated agency that genuinely values relationships, Gail jumped at the chance. In her role at Adept, Gail loves the opportunity to consistently meet knew people while learning about businesses throughout Ohio.
in her downtime
Not surprisingly, Gail enjoys spending her down time with other people (and her dogs). Whether cooking dinner with her husband Rob, catching a local concert with a few close friends, or hosting a mob of friends and family for a good ol’ fashioned cookout, she values shared experiences. A lover of the outdoors, she spends as much time as possible outside.
