Jeni’s was locked into a website platform that could not adapt to the needs of their brand. The artisanal ice cream maker came to Adept to build a web platform that would allow them the flexibility to communicate their brand in a highly visual manner.

Our Approach

Adept started by building a new, user-friendly content management system (CMS) that allowed their marketing team to design and edit user experiences without a single technical resource. Then we integrated the CMS with their existing e-commerce platform to deliver a seamless experience for the consumer.

Site conversion rate is up 42%

The Results

Today, conversion rate is up 42% since launch. And, we continue to keep a close eye on analytics, as we continue to add to Jeni’s site functionality.
