Danielle’s growth path
After graduating from Miami University with a BA in Communications and Minor in Marketing, Danielle joined Deloitte, one of the Big 5 consulting firms.
There she successfully led communication planning, training and change management strategies for enterprise technology implementations at Fortune 500 companies—specifically in the healthcare, government and retail sectors. Growing tired of plane-hopping, she jumped at the chance to lead marketing at rapidly-growing Lifestyle Communities—an urban residential real estate developer headquartered in Columbus.
At Lifestyle, Danielle worked side by side with Justin Spring (where they met) to drive sales and leasing for luxury residential properties. Working across five divisions within the company, the pair found themselves running a successful “mini-agency” that helped double market share and achieve aggressive growth for the Lifestyle Communities brand.
Seeing opportunity to provide that aggressive growth for other businesses, the pair launched Adept in 2008. Today the agency is among the top 100 fastest growing agencies in the US, a member of the Inc 5000, and a repeat member of the Columbus Fast 50—a testament to the agency’s successful delivery for its clients.

When not growing businesses, Danielle spends time with her husband, Ryan, and her two toddlers, Lane and Graham. She is an avid traveler, with a goal of visiting all 50 states in the U.S. and 7 continents in the world. Current tally completed is 31 states and 3 continents!
