The Challenge
In 2018, this regional real estate developer recognized its online presence was not working hard enough to generate leads. It also was not representative of the high-end, luxury communities the brand had to offer. Organic traffic was driven mostly by users searching for the names of communities (users who were already familiar with the brand). They were looking to pursue opportunities to be in the consideration set when new potential tenants were on the apartment hunt (i.e., searches for “apartments near me”), as this was a huge opportunity to grow new signed lease revenue.

The Approach
Adept improved the brand experience through a UX assessment, redesign of two websites, and ongoing SEO strategy. Our approach to SEO includes a strategic mix of technical needs, content development, local optimization and critical measurement via analytics. Since then, Adept’s SEO efforts have contributed to more than $2.8M in revenue from apartment renters via the website and Google My Business.
