Kristyn Wilson is a change agent in public relations and communications. She not only generates outstanding results for clients, she’s also advancing the public relations industry so it’s seated at the forefront of business growth.

For more than 20 years, Kristyn has led public relations and communications teams at companies including NetJets, Abbott Nutrition and Resource (now IBMiX), or has played an integral role in acquiring media coverage for Nationwide Children’s Hospital, the Ohio State University Medical Center, Victoria’s Secret and much more.

Kristyn earned degrees in journalism and integrated marketing communications from Ohio University and Northwestern University. That cross mix makes her a valuable strategic partner who understands the relationships that exist among companies, investors, customers and employees. As the leader of Upright, Adept’s public relations and communications practice, she infuses digital PR with digital marketing and creative to build brand trust. It’s a unique approach that fortifies the entire consumer journey with positive, authentic communication.

When Kristyn is not pursuing the next big client story, she’s active in her kids’ athletic pursuits or running while listening to the latest audiobook. She’s passionate about animal rescue and frequently volunteers to support her community. She and her husband and kids live in Powell.
